Instructional Analyst/Developers

UDR is seeking Instructional Analyst/Developers for the Hanford Tank Waste Operations & Closure, LLC (H2C) in support of the Training Department, conducting task analysis and developing training content for classroom, computer, or OJT. The position requires experience with the ADDIE model and application of instructional system design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in education or technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an instructional analyst/developer within the nuclear industry
• Demonstrated experience with application of the ADDIE model
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a nuclear operations or high hazard industrial setting
