We are seeking a motivated Bid Coordinator to join our Fuels & Energy Pre-Contracts team based in Brisbane, responsible for managing bid administration, coordinating meetings and reviews, and ensuring bid material is accurately formatted and submitted.
Requirements
- Experience in bid coordination, marketing, communications, administration, or similar roles
- Strong attention to detail with confidence formatting complex documents
- Comfortable working across multiple computer systems and quick to learn new software
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude
