Requirements
- 5–10 years of relevant professional experience in community organizing, program management or related fields
- Familiarity with the New York Jewish community (especially Brooklyn), with a strong preference for candidates residing in Brooklyn
- Cultural Sensitivity: Skilled in communicating with diverse stakeholders, including colleagues, clergy, educators, and individuals across varied Jewish, religious, and ethnic backgrounds
- Self-Starter: Able to identify and develop opportunities independently and navigate ambiguity, working in both a start-up and legacy organizational context
- Strong Communication and Relationship Building: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to building meaningful relationships across diverse communities and organizations
- Project Management: Demonstrated experience managing multi-stakeholder initiatives from ideation through execution, including planning, budgeting, and follow-through
