Legal Operations Coordinator

The Legal Department of UJA-Federation of New York is seeking an experienced legal operations coordinator who will spend about 85% of time on legal assistance and project management and 15% of time on administrative assistance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years' experience in legal operations, or as a legal assistant/paralegal
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work on one's own, multitask, and meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to proactively anticipate and resolve problems
• Teamwork and customer service mindset
