UKG is a workforce operating platform that puts workforce understanding to work. The company is looking for a Benefits Systems Consultant I to work with customers to manage post-launch cycle responsibilities and deliver world-class customer service.
Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in U.S. Benefits teams in customer-facing environments
- Working knowledge of employee life-cycle U.S. Benefits Administration, ACA, related regulations, ERISA guidelines, and HIPAA Compliance
- Organizational, problem-solving, and good analytical skills
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills are critical for success
- Ability to appropriately set and manage expectations with customers
- Ability to provide consulting services with customers to ensure the appropriate outcomes are achieved
- Ability to work in US shifts
- Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Commerce, Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience will be considered
