Sr Integration Consultant

As a Senior Integration Consultant, you will design, develop, and deliver complex integrations for UKG customers using Boomi and associated tools/technologies. You will serve as a Technical SME, providing guidance to junior build consultants and partnering with Regional Consultants and Project Managers to deliver scalable and robust integration solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in integration development/consulting or equivalent roles.
• Deep expertise with Boomi, including connectors, profiles, process design, mappings, transformations, and error handling.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Groovy/Java scripting, and troubleshooting complex integration processes.
• Advanced knowledge of APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), XML, JSON, and data standards.
• Proven experience designing and deploying complex, large-scale integration solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer-facing skills.
• Strong understanding of HCM/WFM domain is a plus.
