Sr Solution Consultant

As a Senior Solution Consultant within the UKG Ready implementation team, you will engage with clients to understand their business needs, consult on best practices, and assist in designing and building a solution that meets their needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
• 5 to 8 years of industry experience with experience in Global implementations
• Extensive domain experience in implementing HCM or WFM software like Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, Ramco, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday
• Proven knowledge of SDLC & AGILE methodologies
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and changing environments
• Excellent communication and consulting skills
