IT Business Systems Analyst

The IT Business Systems Analyst will support on-boarding new customers, provide account support, and manage projects including system development and maintenance. The role will also involve liaison work with other departments and organizations.

Requirements

• Supports IT leadership with planning IT projects
• Interfaces with system support and logs technical assistance requests
• Works with system support to resolve questions, problems, and enhancement requests
• Manages projects including system development and maintenance
• Supports other departments, divisions, and organizations as a liaison to IT
• Contributes to system development through analysis of business requirements and business design
