Requirements

• Necessary social skills to lead a production team of operators
• Experience in coaching/leading a team in an industrial environment
• Developed technical knowledge and willingness to learn in-depth knowledge of the production process
• Good knowledge of office software and ability to work efficiently with used systems
• Technical insight and ability to objectively approach and solve technical problems
• Insight into safety problematics and risk assessment
