HR Business Partner/Coach

We are seeking an HR Business Partner/Coach to join our team in Olen, BE. As an HR Business Partner/Coach, you will be the first point of contact for employees, managers, and management, advising them on various HR issues and connecting business needs with the HR organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's degree in human science direction (personnel work, psychology,...)
• Experience in a coaching and advisory role
• Mature, professional attitude and constructively oriented
• Empathetic and able to see from different perspectives
• Pragmatic, dynamic, proactive, and entrepreneurial
• Fluent communication skills at different levels
• Good knowledge of social legislation
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
• Fluent in Dutch and English
