Requirements

- Ability to work as part of a self-organizing Scrum team in a scaled agile framework
- Must be a self-starter and loves to collaborate with the team and client
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7–10+ years of industry experience in IT, digital transformation, or technology advisory
- Relevant certifications in cloud, cybersecurity, data analytics, or project management are an advantage
- Experience working across multi-industry environments is highly desirable
