Commercialization Fellow – BioGel Project

The University of Maine is seeking recent doctoral or master’s degree graduates for a one-year entrepreneurial program to commercialize innovations and launch a startup. Fellows will receive coaching, mentoring, and funding support for the business plan and technology milestones. The program focuses on developing and executing a funding strategy and technical development, including grant writing and investor relations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline or entrepreneurship.
• Completion of a Master’s degree.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies.
• Ability to deliver presentations.
• Interest in commercialization and entrepreneurship.
