UN Women: International Consultant-Women’s Economic Empowerment, Bangkok, Thailand

The International Consultant-Women’s Economic Empowerment will provide technical support to the Gender Action Lab, including programme design, planning, and implementation, and will assist with consolidating, updating, and/or developing WEPs outreach and onboarding materials. The consultant will also provide research, writing, and analysis for knowledge products, research reports, trends analysis, and/or policy briefs related to the GAL, WEPs, and Women in the World of Work in the context of WEE in the region.

Requirements

• Master's degree in international development studies, Gender/Women’s Studies, Economics or related fields.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in programme support, in the context of international development projects, particularly on gender and women’s economic empowerment.
• Strong knowledge of women’s economic empowerment in the context of private sector employment and/or private sector action for gender equality is required.
