Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or similar sales-oriented role.
• Proven ability to educate, persuade, and close treatment plans effectively.
• Strong understanding of dental procedures, treatment coordination, and patient education.
• Proficiency in union insurance, in-network, out-of-network billing, and third-party financing.
• Familiarity with Open Dental and Google Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
