Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or similar sales-oriented role.
- Proven ability to educate, persuade, and close treatment plans effectively.
- Strong understanding of dental procedures, treatment coordination, and patient education.
- Proficiency in union insurance, in-network, out-of-network billing, and third-party financing.
- Familiarity with Open Dental and Google Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
