Job description
The HR Business Partner will manage the interface between business units and the Human Resources function in UNFPA by providing strategic HR Client services and driving HR programs and initiatives in the client area. The role will be responsible for policy advice, performance and staff development, organizational effectiveness, planning and analytics, recruitment and staffing, humanitarian capacity and capability, and knowledge building and sharing.
