Job Description
The Senior Financial Accountant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the company's financial reporting. This includes managing sales tax, overseeing financial records, preparing financial statements, and participating in the budgeting process.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Four years minimum accounting and finance or related experience
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
- Experience in the real estate development or property management industry
