Job Description
We are seeking a Roll Forming Machine Operator to oversee the operation of ERW tube rolling equipment, ensuring seamless functioning and maintaining quality and safety standards. This role entails a dual approach of leadership and hands-on operation.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in roll forming equipment or maintenance technician
- Hands-on experience with ERW Tube Roll Form equipment
- In-depth knowledge of electric resistance welding equipment functionality and adjustment
- Expertise in TPM, including setting up and monitoring equipment using analysis techniques
- Proficiency in English
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality control system and lean manufacturing SPC
- Physical readiness to lift up to 50 pounds
- Exceptional manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
