Transition Test Practice Senior Manager

The Transition Test Practice Senior Manager will manage subordinate leaders and associates, drive testing strategy, and ensure team alignment with the solution strategic vision. The role requires strong leadership and coaching skills, as well as experience with test automation frameworks and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Manages the efforts of subordinate leaders and associates.
• Drives testing strategy.
• Engages with product and engineering teams to define and develop improved test automation frameworks.
• Defines, implements and analyzes metrics to determine test effectiveness and overall quality.
• Diagnoses issues, reports defects and proposes solutions to proactively identify and address potential reoccurrences.
• Evaluates current testing procedures and processes and drives optimization.
• Defines team success metrics and ensures team alignment with and support of the solution strategic vision.
• Works with engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure understanding and support of required testing features and protocol.
• Leads implementation of quality improvement initiatives
• Ensuring all Test Managers adhere to the Strategy
• Ensure all Transitions adopt the same approach, and all Transition and Transformation Managers understand and adopt the principles
• Build relationships with the Business Units and ensure quality processes are adhered to in all areas of Transition and Transformation
• Develop and implement Test Tools and Automation where possible
• Managing and coaching the Global Test Team
