Principal Product Manager

The Principal Product Manager is a senior individual contributor responsible for achieving defined goals, setting measurable objectives, and evaluating product and project success. They shape product line, domain, and roadmap objectives, and drive execution of solutions that meet user needs, market demands, and business objectives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology
• Proven success owning and scaling mission-critical, interoperability-enabled platforms and data infrastructure
• Demonstrated leadership in defining multi-year product strategy
• Deep expertise with healthcare data and interoperability standards
• Hands-on experience designing and scaling healthcare APIs
• Experience with access management, healthcare/social care interoperability, and API design
• Strong knowledge of social determinants of health
• Proven ability to influence executives, customers, and external partners
