Project Manager- Water and Wastewater

The Project Manager will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from initial planning and document preparation to client communication and issue resolution. This role requires managing sub-consultants, working within deadlines, and maintaining confidentiality. The position is partially remote, requiring at least 3 days of in-office attendance.

Requirements

• Efficiently complete all contract documents, including plans, specifications, quantities, and estimates.
• Conduct meetings and manage meeting agendas and minutes.
• Work with and manage sub-consultants.
• Assist in assembling Supplements, Proposals, and Engineer’s Reports.
• Sign Final Tracings.
• Meet deadlines and alert the Department Manager of problems.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company practices.
• Evaluate water and wastewater equipment.
• Prepare permit applications.
• Attend evening client meetings.
• Verify proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.
