Associate Dean of Students, Elementary School (2026-27)

The Associate Dean of Students position is integral in building a strong, positive, and joyful school culture at United Schools. The ADOS promotes positive behavior, supports and coaches staff, and maintains accurate behavioral records.

Requirements

• Holds a B.A./B.S. degree (required)
• At least two years of successful teaching experience in an urban school (preferred)
• Committed to using data-driven instructional practices and techniques outlined in Teach Like a Champion 3.0
• Relentless in writing, refining, and internalizing curriculum, lessons, and assessments
• Open and committed to implementing frequent feedback from team members
• Communicates effectively with students, families, and colleagues
• Comfortability with Google products
