Intervention Specialist, Middle School (2026-27)

United Schools Intervention Specialists provide targeted support to students with special needs in various settings, working with students, families, and colleagues to design individualized programs that promote growth and success.

Requirements

• Holds a B.A./B.S. degree and has the ability to secure the appropriate teaching license.
• Prior experience working in urban schools and/or communities (preferred).
• Committed to using data-driven instructional practices and techniques outlined in Teach Like a Champion 3.0.
• Relentless in writing, refining, and internalizing curriculum, lessons, and assessments.
• Communicates effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
• Comfortable with Google products for effective communication and completion of job responsibilities.
