We are recruiting an experienced Sales & Commercial Manager to lead and elevate a well-established B2B sales function within a growing manufacturing-led business.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within a £15m+ turnover B2B business
- Background in manufacturing and/or construction-related environments
- Strong track record of managing and developing high-performing sales teams
- Excellent commercial acumen, including pricing, margin and forecasting
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and key accounts
- Confidence operating at senior leadership level and influencing decision-making
