• Master's degree in Mental Health, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Human Service-related field
• Licensed professional (LMSWA, LPCA)
• Eligible for Independent Licensure under supervision
• Pass Level II background check
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• State minimum required vehicle insurance coverage
