Requirements

• Master's degree in Mental Health, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Human Service-related field
• Licensure as a professional (LMSW, LMHC, LPC, LPCS, LMSWS, LIMSW or Ph.D)
• Eligibility to achieve Independent Licensure
• Able to pass a Level II background check
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and state minimum required vehicle insurance coverage
