High school degree, 0 years of experience, skills in general operating knowledge of all tools and equipment, basic math skills, problem-solving skills, ability to read blueprints, knowledge of construction materials and policies
Tile Setter Assistant
Previous experience in tile work, ability to work effectively with a supervisor, valid driver's license, and strong communication skills
Painter
2+ years' experience, strong communication skills, valid driver's license, ability to lift heavy equipment and work on call
Lifeguard (Summer 2026)
Lifeguard certification, PA clearances, and physical stamina required
Maintenance Technician
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively. Valid driver's license and ability to lift heavy equipment required
Leasing Manager
3+ years experience in leasing or property management, Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, experience motivating and developing a leasing team
