Job description
The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for managing patient flow, routine clinical operations, and providing leadership in the absence of administration. They must make critical decisions to staff appropriately, ensure adequate staffing, and maintain the environment of care. The supervisor must also provide administrative, operational, and clinical support to patient care areas and administration.
