Job Description
The BRCO Community Health Coordinator 1 serves as a link between Parish Health Units and community programs, conducting needs assessments, making follow-up calls and visits, and motivating clients to meet their goals. They assist clients with social issues and help them access community resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree with 3 years of experience
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage projects and competing priorities
- Proficient in Zoom, Teams, and Microsoft Office
