Job description
The Director of Catering sells the Resort's venues, generating banquet and catering revenue, and manages other sales team staff. They coordinate event details, build relationships with planners, and sell the Resort's lines of business. The DOC will work with the culinary team to generate banquet and catering menus and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service.
