Program Coordinator – Entrepreneurship & Innovation Education (m/f/d)

As Program Coordinator, you will design scalable learning formats around entrepreneurship and innovation at UnternehmerTUM. You will enable effective learning experiences for large and diverse target groups and contribute to the sustainable anchoring of entrepreneurial thinking and acting.

Requirements

• Experience in conceiving, coordinating, or implementing education, training, or learning programs, preferably in the university or further education sector
• In-depth understanding of entrepreneurship and innovation methods through practical application or mediation
• Confidence in working with large groups and motivation to implement interactive learning formats in scalable settings
• Outstanding hands-on mentality, reliability, and willingness to take operational responsibility
• High expectations for structure, quality, and learner experience
• Strong communication, organization, and team skills
• Very good English skills in writing and speaking; German skills are an asset
• Experience in the startup sector or own founding experience is a plus
• Interest in digital tools, AI, and automation in education is desirable
