Operations Coordinator

Untitled Entertainment is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day functions of our Los Angeles office and help oversee our company internship program.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in office or operations management, preferably in entertainment
• Bachelor's degree required preferably in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Proven success managing vendors, budgets, and staff in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable partnering with IT vendors and systems
