Manage full employee life cycle, maintain HRIS/ATS data accuracy, ensure compliance with regulatory laws and company SOP.
Responsible for payroll and benefits, maintains confidential employment records, develops and executes employee events, attends employee meetings, and resolves conflicts.
4 years of HR or HR generalist experience, Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, payroll and benefits experience, and vendor communication skills.
