Production Supervisor

Role Overview

Create and maintain on-time production schedules, oversee materials, manufacturing processes, and staffing for their department. Manage up to 6 people and multiple projects simultaneously.

Provide training and information for their team, ensure safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and production efficiency.

2-5 years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment, familiarity with shop tools and light equipment, knowledge of production processes and machines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with shop tools and light equipment
• Knowledge of related production processes and machines
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Basic computer competency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work within and learn production software programs and ERP system
• Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• Positive, proactive demeanor
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
