
Job description
Create and maintain on-time production schedules, oversee materials, manufacturing processes, and staffing for their department. Manage up to 6 people and multiple projects simultaneously.
Provide training and information for their team, ensure safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and production efficiency.
2-5 years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment, familiarity with shop tools and light equipment, knowledge of production processes and machines.
