Director, Financial Institution Sales

Upgrade is a financial institution that helps customers access affordable and responsible financial products. We're looking for a Director of Financial Institution Sales to build the banking and credit union funding channel in their territory.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in bank sales at a software, financial technology, or asset management firm, whole loan sales/trading
• Extensive contact list of bank clients and credit unions in the region
• Advanced knowledge of consumer credit products and general investing markets
• Strong understanding of how banks/credit unions operate and their decision-making framework
• Proven measurable success in growing sales pipeline
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Good judgment and excellent interpersonal skills
