Job Description
We are seeking a hard-working individual with a good attitude to work as a PT Evening Property Helper. The successful candidate will be responsible for nightly pick up of door-to-door trash at one of our apartment communities. The role requires being self-motivated, able to work independently, and climbing 3-4 story apartment buildings.
Requirements
- Must have cell phone (Smart Phone)
- Reliable transportation to get to the property
- Clean open bed pickup truck
- Ability to climb stairs and work outside in varying weather conditions
