Air Export Clerk

The Air Export Clerk coordinates and manages export air freight shipments from booking through to final departure, ensuring all shipments are processed accurately, compliantly, and in line with customer and airline requirements.

Requirements

• Experience within freight forwarding or air freight export operations preferred
• Knowledge of export procedures and airline booking processes
• Understanding of customs export documentation and compliance
• Experience using CargoWise, CW1, or similar freight forwarding systems desirable
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and work under pressure
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications
