Requirements
- 6+ years experience in client-facing consulting / software implementation / professional services
- Financial Services experience (required), with comfort navigating demanding stakeholders and high standards
- Proven experience leading a team (management, coaching, performance management)
- Strong delivery leadership fundamentals (scope, milestones, risks, trade-offs, governance)
- Experience handling client escalations with calm, structure, and accountability
- Strong written and verbal communication (client-ready and internal stakeholder-ready)
- A track record of using data / KPIs / OKRs to run team performance and delivery health
- Salesforce reporting experience (building and maintaining dashboards/reports)
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, KPI tracking and analysis)
