Upstream USA is a national nonprofit dedicated to ensuring that equitable, patient-centered contraceptive care is available to everyone. They are seeking a creative and data-driven FreeBC Senior Engagement Manager to join the Upstream Digital team to drive site awareness and hit ambitious utilization metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital product development including marketing, growth marketing, or product management
- Proven experience managing social media platforms (organic and paid), email marketing campaigns, and digital ad spend
- Ability to build an engagement funnel from scratch—moving a user from "unaware" to "active user" to "re-engaged advocate"
- Comfortable using analytics tools to track campaign performance and site traffic
- Experience working with advisory boards or community partners to solicit feedback and build brand trust
- Mission alignment with reproductive health, health equity, and patient-centered care
