Requirements
- 2+ year of direct service case management, intake or support experience
- 2+ year experience in job readiness, employment placement, recruiting, etc.
- Group facilitation experience strongly desired
- Proficient with MS Office β Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Problem-Solver with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Experience working with re-entry and a diverse population
