Our company-wide Payroll and Benefits team is looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator who brings accuracy, care, collaboration, and a strong service mindset to payroll administration in a multi-jurisdictional environment.
Requirements
- Payroll Operations: Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the processing of both hourly and salary payrolls
- Assisting in the preparation of periodic and year-end payroll reports and reconciliations
- Maintaining confidentiality of employee records and payroll information
- Employee & Team Support: Responding to payroll-related inquiries from employees promptly and professionally
- Investigating and supporting the resolution of payroll discrepancies
- Supporting the accounting team with payroll-related data and documentation as needed
- Collaborating with local Branch Stewardship Teams to provide necessary payroll information and support
- Informal coaching and mentorship of payroll team members
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Contributing to the development and implementation of new procedures
- Engaging in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with payroll best practices and regulations
