Laboratory Technical Supervisor

Requirements

• Master's degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, or a chemical, physical, or biological science
• At least 4 years of training and experience in high complexity testing
• 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong understanding of CLIA, CAP, and OSHA regulatory standards
• Experience with Orchard Harvest Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
