Patient Service Representative

The Patient Service Representative will greet patients, obtain demographic and insurance information, and assist with billing and other administrative tasks in a medical office setting.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years medical office experience, preferably in a surgical practice.
• Customer service experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
• Basic knowledge of insurance plans, including Medicare & Medicaid.
• Proficiency in computer software use, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
