Requirements
- Current nursing license in the State of Texas
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient clinic, ambulatory care center, oncology setting, emergency department, or surgical environment
- Prior experience in oncology or radiation therapy preferred; urology experience not required
- Ongoing participation in continuing education, including specialty-specific competencies as applicable
- Ability to use sound clinical judgment and communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Demonstrated reliability, flexibility, and strong teamwork skills in a fast-paced, patient-focused clinical environment
