
Job description
This role serves as a key technology expert supporting business applications, providing both development guidance and ongoing system support to drive operational success. The position leads project release efforts end-to-end, including research, analysis, development, implementation, and monitoring of new or enhanced solutions. Acting as a strategic liaison between business and technical teams, the role translates detailed insights into recommendations that align with business goals and priorities.
Provides project release direction and support including research, analysis, review, development, implementation and monitoring of new or revised systems. Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful completion, installation and implementation in accordance with client needs.
Requires ability to conduct an analysis of business needs, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas, conferring with business line leaders, documenting and making verbal and written presentations. Strong understanding and use of project management techniques and testing processes.
