Job description
As a DevOps Team Lead, you will manage a cross-location team while driving CI/CD modernization, infrastructure reliability, and DevOps adoption for a Java/Springboot development department. You'll combine people management with hands-on proficiency in Jenkins, ArgoCD, AWS/Kubernetes, Terraform, and DevSecOps/GitOps practices.
Main duties include line management of a cross-location team, people development, performance, knowledge and skills management, optimizing team ways of working, and fostering a sense of ownership and collaboration with other department teams.
Must have experience managing senior individual contributors across locations, a proven track record of onboarding and adapting to new technologies, and strong ownership mindset with effective problem-solving capabilities.
