
Job description
As the Events Marketer at Pylon, you will own our events program from strategy through execution, building Pylon's brand presence with founders and post-sales leaders and partner closely with Sales, Success and Marketing to make sure every event drives the business forward.
Develop the annual events strategy, own conference presence, build and scale hosted event programs, develop community programs, own planning and execution of user conference, drive pre-event targeting and outreach, manage on-site experience and post-event follow-up, build repeatable playbooks, manage vendor relationships, budgets, and contracts.
This role is ideal for someone who is as comfortable developing a quarterly events strategy as they are on-site running a dinner, with strong strategic instincts, highly organized, and able to build strong relationships with sales and align events to pipeline goals.
