Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, performance, and long-term growth of one or more high-impact casual titles. This role goes beyond daily LiveOps execution and requires shaping product direction, driving measurable business outcomes, and acting as a strategic partner to leadership, design, engineering, and publishing teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in mobile gaming
- Proven ownership of game performance and product outcomes
- Strong LiveOps leadership experience
- Deep understanding of casual game ecosystems
- Strong data proficiency (Tableau, Amplitude, experimentation frameworks)
- Experience managing economies, progression systems, and monetization loops
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment
- Experience mentoring or guiding other PMs
- Excellent communication across product, business, and creative teams
- Fluent in English
