
Job description
Assist multiple project managers in delivering lighting and controls projects on-time, on-budget, and as-specified. Coordinate competing priorities and deadlines, and lead administrative project-related tasks.
Create purchase orders, submittals, status reports, and operations manuals. Review and analyze electrical lighting plans, work with vendors, and resolve billing matters. Collaborate with internal teams and ensure timely and accurate communication with project stakeholders.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks for multiple ongoing projects. The ideal candidate is a team player who strives for continuous improvement and is willing to learn new software and adapt to new processes.
