Job description
As a GTM Recruiter, you will own full-cycle recruiting for GTM functions, partner with GTM leaders, and build proactive candidate pipelines. You will leverage AI tools to draft and iterate on outreach sequences, job descriptions, and candidate communications. You will track and report on recruiting metrics, including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rate.
You will own full-cycle recruiting for GTM functions, including sourcing and screening, offer negotiation, and close. You will partner with GTM leaders to define role requirements, develop structured interview processes, and calibrate on what 'great' looks like for each function.
