Electrical Supervisor

Role Overview

Provide first-line supervisor oversight to daily tasks performed by the Electrical Crew, responsible for maintenance and installation of all electrical equipment for the plant. Incorporate safety into all aspects of the operation and ensure that safe working conditions, actions and practices exist and are followed at all times.

What You Will Do

Prioritize and coordinate electrical maintenance activities to maximize operational efficiencies and equipment availability. Lead employees in LEAN Manufacturing concepts and execute an effective preventative maintenance program for all electrical equipment.

Requirements

• Valid and in good standing Oregon Limited Supervisor Manufacturing Plant Electrical License or Oregon General Supervisor Electrical License
• Supervisory exposure in a full-time or relief role
• Working knowledge of the RPM program and the ability to enter data, navigate, and extract information from EAM software
